I have learned so much from this book! It has great content so far. I am not planning on taking my personal trainer certification test for awhile but when I do I will let you know if this book was worth it :)

A must have for your fitness library.

This book is simply awesome -I say that every time I break it out. I have purchases many personal trainer books in the last two years in an attempt to "fill in the blanks" that most of the books seemed to leave out. This books is almost like a cheat sheet of sorts, containing all of the most important information a new trainer needs to know. I finally have a better understanding of program design, energy systems, exercises to improve specific energy systems, Nutrition, stretching (to include touch training)...the list goes on and on. Anyway, this book is a sure thing for those just getting into the business.
