Very Disappointed

The first 12 chapters of the book are online only which is surprising as these form the foundation of the specialty, dealing with physical examination and diagnostics. This was unfortunate as this is the supposed "bible" of pediatric neurology. Hopefully, other expert consult titles will not follow this format in the future, omitting fundamental information from the hard copy. Omitting these chapters detracted greatly from the book, especially for someone new to the discipline who was looking for a comprehensive reference in one place. I will be selling this copy and purchasing the previous edition which deserves 5 stars.

Was very disappointed on receipt of this book as it did not include any of the essential tables or diagrams which were including in the specimen pages seen before purchase of the two volumes of the book - making this book practically useless. Amazon did repay full purchase amount for which I am grateful and realize that it is the publishers fault and not the fault of Amazon.
